5.1 Pursuits: High speed pursuits are only conducted for suspects who have committed felonies, high speed pursuits on misdemeanors or anything lower than that are prohibited. For pursuits, 3 whitelisted Officers of the Atlanta Police Department are allowed to engage, more than that will result in administrative action.
